At Scents at No3, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  Carefully pack your candles or diffusers in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship to Scents at No3

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
